Order processing time

Order processing time depends on the type of product ordered.

For personalized orders, processing time is 7 to 14 business days, counting from the moment payment is received and all personalization details are confirmed.

Products available immediately (from stock) are shipped the next business day after payment is received.

The delivery time of the selected courier company must be added to the order processing time.

Shipping options

Due to the size of our products, we do not offer delivery to parcel lockers. Orders are delivered via the following courier services:

  • FedEx

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • Pocztex

For pallet shipments, we cooperate with Raben. Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method and are displayed during the checkout process, before final confirmation.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our store:

  • Online payments via Tpay – including fast bank transfers, BLIK, and card payments.

  • Traditional bank transfer – to our bank account.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) – available only for non-personalized orders.

Please note: Cash on delivery is not available for personalized orders.

We issue VAT invoices. It is also possible to make a payment based on a pro forma invoice. Orders are processed once the payment has been cleared/credited to our account.
