This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the website horse-mania.pl.

Security and Procedures

To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we use internal procedures and recommendations that prevent unauthorized access to the data. We monitor the security level and continually check compliance with applicable legal acts – the Data Protection Act, the Act on Electronic Provision of Services, as well as all types of executive acts and community law acts.

Data Processing Regulations

The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Electronic Provision of Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The Administrator also informs about compliance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016).

Source of Personal Data

Personal data is collected solely in connection with activity on the horse-mania.pl website, particularly through user account registration, purchasing goods or services, asking questions, subscribing to newsletters, customer service contact, and others. The horse-mania.pl website implements functions for acquiring information about users and their behavior in the following ways: a) through information voluntarily entered in forms, b) through the collection of “cookies” used to better tailor the website to the User’s needs and for analytical purposes.

Consent to Data Processing

Personal data is processed based on the User’s consent and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data under the law or for the execution of a contract concluded between the parties.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and/or performing a contract or fulfilling an order and any preceding activities, fulfilling legal obligations related to issuing and storing documents, and for marketing purposes or other purposes related to fulfilling legal obligations for state institutions. Access to Personal Data

Personal data entered on the website will not be sold or shared with third parties in accordance with GDPR provisions. Collected data can be reviewed by the individual who placed them there. Cessation of Data Processing

In parallel to point 8, the User has the right to object to the processing of personal data, which is not based on consent, a contract, or legal provision. In the event of an objection, after processing the required request, the Administrator will no longer be able to process personal data covered by the objection. Processing may continue if it is demonstrated that there are important, legally justified grounds for processing data in accordance with current Polish and European law.

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored for the period specified by the Administrator. Simultaneously, in the event of an objection to personal data processing, until the objection is raised and addressed, in accordance with points 8 and 9.

Filing a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, in this case, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of personal data by the Administrator violates the law.

Final Provisions

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusing to provide the information or failing to provide the required data may prevent the execution of a contract and result in a refusal to provide a service. By continuing to use the Administrator’s website, the User consents to and accepts these Cookie and Privacy Policy Terms.
