Returns

Please consider your personalized orders carefully, as we do not accept returns for personalized products. In the case of products from our standard collection (non-personalized products), the Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The conditions for accepting a return are:

  • returning the product in an unaltered condition,

  • including the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Instructions for the Customer:

  1. Deadline: You have 14 days to return the items from the date you received your order.

  2. Condition: The product must be returned in an unaltered state (unused, clean).

  3. Documents: Please remember to include the receipt or another proof of purchase.
